Blot stains immediately. Please clean with mild soap and water. Use a fan or dryer to quicken the drying process. Avoid exposure to too much moisture. Regularly vacuum without a beater bar. You may trim stray tufts with scissors.
Shipping
If in stock, these rugs typically take 1-2 days to ship out. Due to high demand, all of these rugs (except for the 2′ X 3′) are currently back-ordered. Slight shipping delay to be expected. Feel free to ask us via our Chatbot for expected shipping ETA’s.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Contact within 5 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. Made to order and custom pieces are not returnable.
