Use mild soap to remove stains. To clean, you can rinse with clean water. Please allow the rug to dry before laying it out. We recommend vacuuming regularly with the beater bar off.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Contact within 5 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. Made to order and custom pieces are not returnable.
